A flooded track forced Beverley to postpone their scheduled match for this Wednesday.
The East Yorkshire course was deemed "heavy but raceable" on Monday morning, but as the day went on, more rain fell, leaving authorities with little option but to conduct a precautionary inspection at 3 p.m.
Beverley said on X: "One section of the track is still wet after a further 5mm of rain fell since 8 am. There is regrettably little chance that the area will improve in time for Wednesday's race to take place safely since further rain is predicted for both tomorrow and Wednesday."
Waterlogging also forced the cancellation of Monday's meeting at Redcar on race morning.
Redcar course officials observed standing water and uneven ground as a result of intense downpours in a brief period.
