Saratoga considered an enticing option for City Of Troy during the summer months
If everything goes according to plan with the highly regarded Classic favourite, City Of Troy may make an appearance at Saratoga this year.
Having won all three of his races as a juvenile, the Dewhurst victor trained by Aidan O'Brien is scheduled to make his comeback in the Qipco 2000 Guineas at Newmarket on May 4.
Co-owner Michael Tabor has likened this Justify colt to "our Frankel" and he is also the frontrunner for the Betfred Derby at Epsom on June 1.
Should he continue to progress as expected after these races, there is a possibility of an exciting excursion to compete on dirt.
“We are particularly happy with how well he has wintered. He’s working away on bad ground at the minute as they all are obliged to,” the Ballydoyle handler shared.
