Ryan Moore will partner Inspiral in her bid for a hat-trick in the Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville.
The five-year-old, trained by John and Thady Gosden, is looking to secure a top-level win for the fourth consecutive season. Inspiral has previously won the mile Group One race at Deauville for the past two years.
While Frankie Dettori rode her to victory in those wins, Inspiral has been piloted by Kieran Shoemark in her two outings this season. However, she didn't perform at her best in the Lockinge and the Prince of Wales’s Stakes at Royal Ascot.
With Dettori now in America, Cheveley Park Stud has turned to Ryan Moore, a trusted rider, to take the reins. Moore will ride Inspiral on Sunday afternoon.
Chris Richardson, managing director of Cheveley Park Stud, commented: “Ryan Moore will ride Inspiral in the Prix Jacques le Marois. He has a strong track record with our horses, and we’re pleased to have him aboard.”
