Qipco retains its sponsorship for British Champions Day

Qipco will continue sponsoring British Champions Day but will no longer support the Guineas Festival at Newmarket and King George weekend at Ascot starting next year.

They'll reduce backing for the British Champions Series from 2025 but remain an official partner of Ascot. Qatar Racing’s David Redvers emphasises their focus on developing British Champions Day and their partnership with Ascot's Royal meeting.

They've contributed to Series growth, boasting over a million social media followers and launching initiatives like the Hall of Fame and Club 26.

Redvers also highlights their role in enhancing the Guineas Festival at Newmarket. Jockey Club Racecourses' Amy Starkey thanks Qipco for their sustained backing of the 2000 and 1000 Guineas, noting the festivals' growth and Qipco’s commitment to British racing.

British Champions Series Limited will seek new partners from 2025, expressing gratitude to Qipco for their support in promoting top-tier British racing, including £47m in prize money since the inception of Champions Day at Ascot.

CEO Rod Street values Qipco’s continued support, emphasising their joint commitment to showcasing Britain's premier racing.
