Nellie Leylax, a three-year-old, recently won the Silver Bowl at Haydock by a length and a half, adding to his impressive victory at the same course a month prior.
Despite his success, Dascombe is cautious about Nellie Leylax's future races as the horse performs best on soft ground. While there are plans to move up to more competitive races, Dascombe will only enter Nellie Leylax in races with suitable ground conditions.
