Maurizio decided to go with Soumillon for Royal Ascot

Christophe Soumillon has been confirmed as the rider for both Big Rock and Blue Rose Cen at Royal Ascot next week. Trainer Maurizio Guarnieri replaced the regular rider, Aurelien Lemaitre, with Soumillon due to his extensive experience at Ascot and impressive record in big races worldwide.

Big Rock, who won the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes on Champions Day under the training of Christopher Head, had a disappointing seasonal reappearance in the Lockinge at Newbury.
