Jockey with Perfect Record at Wolverhampton to Ride Two Races on Tuesday

Wolverhampton has proven to be a fruitful venue for jockey Charles Bishop in the current year. With four rides at Wolverhampton in 2024, Bishop remains undefeated, showcasing an impressive strike rate that simply cannot be overlooked. Consequently, it is without a doubt that he is the go-to jockey to watch.

On Tuesday, Bishop is set to participate in two races at Wolverhampton, and we have combined these races into an enticing 40-1 double. Let's delve into the prospects of each upcoming race in detail.

The 7.30 race at Wolverhampton features Beauzon (7-4, bet365), who has been in sensational form lately, completing a four-timer over 6f just last week. Trained by Ian Williams, this gelding narrowly qualifies for the 0-68 category and carries a 5lb penalty due to his latest triumph. While it is likely that the handicapper will eventually catch up with Beauzon, there may be a couple more victories hidden up his sleeve. Although the drop back to 5f may not be ideal, it is worth noting that he has previously triumphed over the minimum trip, making it unwise to rule him out solely based on that factor.

Moving on to the 8.00 race at Wolverhampton, Realms Of Love (14-1, Paddy Power) has been absent from this type of race for a while, having most recently competed in hurdle races in September. However, considering his recent activity, physical agility and prowess cause no worries. It is an intriguing decision to bring him back to the 7f distance, a trip he has not attempted since his debut in September 2020. Trained by DJ Jeffreys, this six-year-old has secured one Flat win to date, which occurred at Bath over an extended 1m3f when he was under the tutelage of Mark Johnston back in September 2021.

While it is difficult to predict Realms Of Love's performance in this race, the choice of Charles Bishop as the jockey certainly indicates a vote of confidence.
