Double Triumph Across Two Racecards for Skilled Jockey

Jockey Daryl Jacob showcased his talent at various racecourses in the lead-up to Cheltenham, with successful outings at Catterick Bridge, Carlisle, Ayr, Limerick, and Plumpton.

His recent triumph at Greenmount Park, Limerick, saw him guide the odds-on favourite Intellotto (2/5) to victory in the Panoramic Restaurant At Limerick Racecourse Hurdle.

Intellotto, trained by Joseph O'Brien and owned by Isaac Souede and Simon Munir, demonstrated his class under Jacob's expert handling. Despite challenges from Karl Des Tourelles and San Guido in the latter stages of the race, Jacob's strategic riding ensured a comfortable win, crossing the finish line two and a half lengths ahead of his competitors.

Reflecting on the race, Jacob praised the placement of the horse by Joseph O'Brien and Anthony Bromley, the owners' racing manager. While Intellotto coped well with the heavy ground conditions, Jacob believes the horse will shine even brighter on firmer ground. He expressed optimism about the horse's future, hinting at potential success at upcoming spring festivals.

With a promising performance at Limerick and aspirations for further achievements on better ground, Intellotto's victory sets the stage for an exciting season ahead.
