All favourite players are ready for the Jubilee Stakes
All the top contenders for Saturday's Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes have remained in contention among the 19 acceptors for the final Group One race at Royal Ascot.
Included in the lineup are Ralph Beckett's Kinross, Jane Chapple-Hyam's Mill Stream, and Archie Watson's Shartash, which are all favoured in the betting. Last year's surprise winner, Charlie Hills' 80-1 outsider Khaadem, will be back to defend his title.
Other notable entries include Tim Easterby's Art Power, a previous winner at Champions Day, and Mitbaahy, a stablemate of Khaadem.
The Jersey Stakes is set for an exciting showdown, with Richard Hannon's Haatem, a strong performer in the Guineas races, set to race in new colours for Wathnan Racing. He will be ridden by James Doyle and is expected to face tough competition from Task Force, Evade, Indian Run, and Kikkuli, the half-brother of Frankel.
Races like the Hardwicke Stakes, Wokingham, Chesham, Golden Gates Stakes, and the Queen Alexandra Stakes also have strong entries, including last year's St Leger winner Continuous and the King and Queen winner Desert Hero. American trainer John Sadler could see his Royal Ascot winner, Missed The Cut, in action once again.
The meeting promises to deliver thrilling racing as the top horses compete for victory in the prestigious Royal Ascot races.
