After several wins, Hills will be patient with the next moves

Charlie Hills will maintain a cautious approach with the promising Socialite, who secured his second consecutive victory at Doncaster on Saturday evening. The three-year-old may potentially make an appearance at the Royal meeting, but it's more probable that he'll be sighted at Newmarket next month.

The offspring of Too Darn Hot led from start to finish to claim the prestigious EBF Supports Great Racing Welfare Cycle Novice Stakes over seven furlongs, following his maiden triumph at Leicester last month. Despite this success, Hills is inclined to exercise patience and is considering stepping Socialite up in distance to a mile for the Sir Henry Cecil Stakes at Newmarket's July meeting, rather than rushing him back into competition.

Hills remarked, "He's a horse we hold in high regard, but we had to exercise a great deal of patience with him last year. His performance has been consistently impressive throughout this year."

"We just need to continue to proceed cautiously with him," Hills continued. "While we have the tempting option of the Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot on the horizon, our inclination leans more towards aiming for the Henry Cecil Stakes at the July meeting."
