A GoFundMe campaign exceeded its fundraising target of £100,000
A GoFundMe campaign established to aid John Hunt and his daughter Amy has exceeded its £100,000 fundraising target.
John Hunt, known for his roles as a BBC 5 Live commentator and Sky Sports Racing presenter, endured a devastating loss when his wife Carol, 61, and daughters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25, were fatally injured in a crossbow attack at their Hertfordshire home. Kyle Clifford, 26, has been arrested in connection with their murders.
In response to this tragic event, the racing community has come together to support the well-regarded broadcaster. The campaign was initiated with the support of the Hunt family, thanks to colleagues Matt Chapman and Chad Yeomans.
Earlier this month, John Hunt and his daughter Amy shared their immense sorrow, saying, “The devastation we are experiencing cannot be put into words.”
The GoFundMe page has garnered substantial support and has successfully reached its original goal of £100,000.
