A Dream To Share Targets Repeat Victory at Dublin Racing Festival
Under the guidance of John Gleeson, A Dream To Share is ready to pursue a back-to-back victory in the Goffs Future Stars INH Flat Race at the upcoming Dublin Racing Festival. This six-year-old, owned by JP McManus and trained by John Kiely, has an impressive record. He has won all five bumpers he started. This includes the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham and a Grade One at Punchestown.
A Dream To Share was initially set to begin a hurdling career this season. A favourite rite for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle. However, the season faced a delay. A setback caused him to miss his scheduled hurdling debut at Punchestown in October. The delay extended into the new year, altering his course of action.
Frank Berry, racing manager for McManus, has confirmed that A Dream To Share will continue in bumpers. They are aiming for the Grade Two events at Leopardstown on February 3. Berry explained, "He's in great shape now. However, the missed schooling sessions and the setback have limited our time for jump training. So, we're focusing on the bumper at the Dublin Racing Festival for his next appearance."
