Voute highlighted potential races at Sandown and Newmarket for Remaat

Remaat impressed with a win at Newmarket on Saturday, showcasing a significant improvement from her debut performance. Trained by Andrew Balding, the daughter of Kodiac finished second in a tough maiden race at Kempton before dominating in a seven-furlong race at July course.

With a commanding four-and-a-half-length victory over New Charter, connections are now considering moving Remaat into Pattern company for her next start. Racing manager Ted Voute expressed optimism about her future, mentioning potential races at Sandown and Newmarket.

Another horse to watch from the balding stable is Hopeful, who narrowly missed out on black type in the Kensington Palace Stakes at Ascot. The team is looking for opportunities to secure black type for the talented filly.

On a positive note, Eydon, a horse with promising potential who has faced injury setbacks, is slowly making a comeback after a lengthy absence. The team is taking a patient approach with hopes of seeing Eydon back on track later in the year.
