Sunday's Flat meeting at Naas is uncertain as the County Kildare track is currently unsuitable for racing due to 11.2mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours and an unfavorable forecast.
Naas experienced heavy rainfall of 61mm last week, and an additional 20-25mm is expected before Sunday's scheduled event.
Due to the heavy rain and necessary repairs during the winter, changes have already been made to the race card as the sprint course was deemed unfit for racing.
To compensate for the cancellation of three races on the sprint track, HRI has announced two additional races on the round course, both covering a distance of seven furlongs.
The King Of Change At Compass Stallions Handicap is a handicap race for three-year-old horses with ratings between 47-70. Similarly, the NSL Investments Handicap is open to four-year-olds and older horses with ratings ranging from 47-65.
