Ryan Moore is aiming to support the Retraining of Racehorses charity by riding several top horses at Royal Ascot. Known as one of the best jockeys globally, Moore is a long-time ambassador for Ascot Racecourse Supports and their charity programme. For every win he achieves during the week, £5,000 will be donated to the ROR - the UK's official charity for retired racehorses.
With multiple champion rider titles at Royal Ascot, Moore is expected to excel once again. He expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to help raise funds for the charity and mentioned his excitement for riding horses like Kyprios in the Gold Cup and Opera Singer in the Coronation Stakes.
He also highlighted his promising two-year-olds like Camille Pissarro and Whistlejacket, as well as Fairy Godmother and Heavens Gate. Moore emphasised the tough competition at Royal Ascot but expressed his love for the event, calling it the highlight of the British racing season.
Having achieved 79 career wins at Royal Ascot, including notable victories with Colony and Estimate, Moore considers it the best race meeting in the world and looks forward to being a part of it each year.
