Trainer Noel Meade, known for his success at the Cheltenham Festival, will aim to add a Classic win to his impressive record as Caught U Looking prepares for the Juddmonte Irish Oaks at Curragh on Saturday.
Meade, a seven-time champion trainer in jump racing, has already experienced Group One success on the flat with Helvic Dream winning the 2021 Tattersalls Gold Cup. Now, he is hoping his filly, Caught U Looking, who is sired by Derby winner Harzand, can make an impact in her second Classic outing after finishing fifth at Epsom.
Despite fading in the closing stages at Epsom, Caught U Looking has been training well at home and Meade is optimistic about her chances at the Curragh. With Colin Keane in the saddle, the filly is expected to handle the track well and may benefit from better ground conditions.
Meade is pleased with Caught U Looking's progress since Epsom and is excited to see what she can achieve in the Irish Oaks. He believes she has the potential to deliver a strong performance and is hopeful for a successful run on Saturday.
