DragonBet shared a taste of the excitement with race titles

DragonBet has embraced the excitement of Oasis's reunion by crafting a series of themed race titles for their sponsored meeting at Ffos Las on Thursday, which will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Racing.

As Oasis fans prepare for ticket sales for next summer’s concerts in Britain and Ireland, DragonBet has given racegoers a taste of the excitement with race titles inspired by the iconic band. The first race will be the DragonBet Some Might Lay Nursery Handicap, followed by the Half A Furlong Away Handicap. The Champagne Super Novice Stakes, Foal With It Handicap, and Ride Away Handicap will complete the lineup.

James Lovell from DragonBet said, "We love to add a unique touch, so we decided to have some fun with these race names. We were thrilled by the Oasis news, especially with their first concerts being held at Cardiff's Principality Stadium."

"I have a personal connection to Manchester’s music scene from my student days at Salford University, so I’m particularly excited about their return. We had a blast coming up with these race names, although there were many great songs we didn’t use. We frequently sponsor events at Ffos Las and enjoy bringing a bit of fun to the track. We’d even consider swapping some Oasis tickets for a pitch at the track! However, we’re awaiting a 7:30 am inspection to determine if the meeting can proceed due to recent rain, so it's a case of racing ‘definitely maybe’ going ahead!"
