Doncaster Set to Showcase Elite Bloodlines

On Friday at Doncaster, racing enthusiasts will witness the debut of Queen Of Thieves, a full-sister to the illustrious Cracksman. The accomplished Cracksman, who stands at Dalham Hall Stud, boasts an impressive record of eight victories, including four prestigious Group One titles: the Prix Ganay, Coronation Cup, and two Qipco Champion Stakes.

Both siblings share the same exceptional pedigree, being by Frankel and out of the mare Rhadegunda, and are proudly owned and bred by Anthony Oppenheimer. Their training is handled by John and Thady Gosden, who have a successful history in this race; previous winners include the Oaks champion Soul Sister in 2022 and French Oaks victor Star Of Seville in 2014. Oppenheimer himself has celebrated victory in this contest, having seen Domino Darling triumph in 2019.

Oppenheimer expressed enthusiasm about Queen Of Thieves, stating, “It will be an exciting day. She’s a full-sister to Cracksman, and I have another Cracksman, Danielle, scheduled to run at Newbury on Saturday, although that meeting may face cancellation.”

Also making his debut at Doncaster is Kaleido, owned by Prince Faisal and trained by the Gosden team. This promising colt, a full brother to the renowned Mishriff, possesses a remarkable pedigree, being sired by Make Believe and out of Contradict. Both newcomers are poised to capture attention on this thrilling race day.
